Location: Statewide (primarily in Louisville, Lexington and Frankfort)

Description: Fleet currently operates 1250 Ford & GM FFV sedans and pickups. On site E85 refueling is operational, with 166 of their vehicles to be centralized in Frankfort motor pool. Five Hybrid Honda Civics were purchased in April 2004.

Completion: Infrastructure is operational. Vehicles procurement is ongoing.
