The Kentucky Clean Fuels Coalition is seeking a
college intern for 15-20 hours per week for the Fall 2012
and Spring 2013.
Duties to include:
- Outreach to secondary educational institutions, members,
and other interested parties across Kentucky in the form of
phone calls, emails, newsletter, video and other media
- Creating video documentation on advanced vehicle and
alternative fuel efforts through Kentucky
- Writing and emailing weekly electronic newsletter to
members
- Data entry
- Coordinating meeting logistics
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Graduate student, Senior or Junior undergraduate academic
standing
- Provide two academic or work references
- Energy or environment course of study
- Able to provide own work space and computer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Access
- Able to work independently and without direct supervision
- Resourceful, flexible, and motivated
Compensation:
Graduate student - $3,150 for 15 hrs/wk or $4,200 for 20
hrs/wk
Undergraduate student (Junior or Senior standing) - $2,520 for 15 hrs/wk or $3,360 for 20 hrs/wk.
