Franklin County and Frankfort Independent Celebrate Hybrid School Bus Delivery

September 1, 2010

Frankfort Independent Superintendent Richard Crowe and Franklin County Superintendent Harrie Buecker took delivery of their hybrid school buses on September 1. Each district received one in this first round of bus placements.
